We are looking for a skilled and compassionate General Practice Dentist to join our friendly, professional team.
Responsibilities:

Perform routine check-ups and general dental procedures
Diagnose and treat dental issues for patients of all ages
Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventative care
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records

Requirements:

Valid Florida dental license
Minimum 1 year of experience in general dentistry
Excellent patient communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Russian language is a plus (but not required)

Compensation & Schedule:

Commission-based pay: 35% of procedures performed
Full-time schedule
Consistent patient flow
Modern dental equipment and fully digital systems
