Position: Live-In Nanny for Newborn
Location: Miami Shores, Florida
Schedule:

• 6 days on / 1 day off
• Nanny spends nights and afternoons with the baby
• Morning rest time is provided so the nanny can recover

Salary: $1,500 per week, depending on experience and the strength of references.
A family in Miami Shores is seeking a caring, calm, and highly experienced newborn nanny to live in and support them during the first months of their baby’s life. This role is ideal for a professional who understands newborn routines, sleep patterns, and the importance of a peaceful, structured environment.
Key Responsibilities:

• Full care of a newborn baby during nights and afternoons
• Feeding, changing, burping, and soothing the baby
• Establishing and supporting healthy sleep and feeding routines
• Monitoring baby’s well-being and promptly informing parents of any concerns
• Light baby-related tasks: washing bottles, baby laundry, keeping the nursery tidy
• Maintaining a calm, quiet atmosphere around the baby
• Respecting family privacy and household rules

Schedule & Rest:

• Intensive involvement at night and in the afternoon
• Morning hours are reserved for the nanny’s rest, to ensure energy and attention during active shifts

Requirements:

• Proven experience working as a nanny with newborns (live-in experience preferred)
• Strong references from previous families are mandatory
• Deep understanding of newborn care, safety, and hygiene
• Responsible, patient, emotionally stable, and discreet
• Ability to live in and integrate into the family’s daily rhythm
