Position: Scriptwriter / Director – Children’s YouTube Channel

Format: Long-term collaboration
Schedule: 5 working days per week
Pay: From $30 per hour (higher depending on experience and portfolio)
Worldwide Employment Agency announces a search for talented scriptwriters and directors to join a creative team producing content for a children’s YouTube channel. We are looking for specialists who can think in stories, understand pacing and visual language, and know how to keep young viewers engaged while maintaining high ethical and educational standards.
Responsibilities may include:

• Developing original concepts and storylines for children’s videos
• Writing scripts with clear structure, dynamic action, and age-appropriate dialogue
• Directing shoots or supervising the creative process (depending on role)
• Collaborating with animators, editors, actors, and production team
• Adapting content based on feedback and channel strategy
• Ensuring that all content is safe, positive, and suitable for children

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a scriptwriter and/or director (portfolio required)
• Ability to build dynamic, engaging story structure for short and mid-length formats
• Understanding of the specifics of children’s content (tempo, visuals, language, values)
• Responsibility, communication skills, and ability to work within a team
• Mandatory portfolio with examples of completed creative projects (links to videos, shows, ads, or other media)
