Oversee daily office operations and maintain order in the workplace
Answer phone calls, respond to emails, greet visitors and clients
Support management and staff with scheduling, document handling, and basic administration
Organize files, records, and office supplies
Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Assist with simple reporting, data entry, and basic CRM/office software tasks
Ensure a welcoming and professional atmosphere for clients and partners
Requirements:
Proven experience working as an Office Manager (mandatory)
English language – required
Spanish – preferred (if you speak only English, you are still welcome to apply)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Confident PC user (email, office software, messengers, basic CRM or spreadsheets)
