Position: Personal Assistant to the CEO
Location: Remote / Hybrid (U.S.-based)
Schedule: Full-Time
Salary: Based on experience
We are looking for a resourceful and highly organized individual to assist the CEO of an international company with a broad range of administrative and strategic support tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, high emotional intelligence, and the ability to multitask across time zones and cultures.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct support to the CEO on a daily basis
  • Manage communications, emails, calendar, and schedule coordination
  • Organize travel plans, visas, and detailed itineraries
  • Draft professional correspondence and executive presentations
  • Serve as point of contact for partners, clients, and internal teams
  • Assist in the execution of high-level projects and business operations
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and track action items
  • Conduct research and compile reports as needed
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
  • Provide occasional personal support such as errands or logistics
Requirements:
  • Must have a valid U.S. passport or Green Card
  • Excellent spoken and written English (Russian is a strong plus)
  • Proven experience in executive or personal assistant roles
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficiency with digital tools (Google Workspace, Zoom, Trello, etc.)
  • Ability to work independently, under pressure, and across global time zones
  • High level of discretion, professionalism, and adaptability
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required. International exposure or multicultural work experience is a plus.
